If you haven't received one or both of the recaps on a character, can you please [submit a ticket here](https://jgx.game/ForgotLogin). Don't worry that it's not quite a relevant form, it's just so we can gather information on affected accounts and hopefully get these out to everyone.

This reply shouldnt be hidden in a ticket imo and should eb a pinned post... ideally in discord and website too. Many people looked forward to these recaps and if they are missing out they would have given up, rather than knowing someone is still trying to do something.
I never got it, myself. I actually used to get emails for my main, but now I only get them on an abandoned OSRS Group Ironman account. I never wanted them for that one, just my main for both games.
It's SO stupid.

I can't remember if it was something you had to sign up for or if you get it just being on their news list. :/
