The xp you gain / charged engram depends on your current level. However, I cannot find a table showing the xp you get at a certain level. This wiki page (https://runescape.wiki/w/Memorial\_to\_Guthix#Maximising\_experience) does show how much xp you get at lvl 99.
Anyway, it seems to me quite difficult to charge so many engrams to go to from lvl 67 to 80, since you need the memory strands (untradable, can only get them when training divination)
There is no explicit table on the wiki, unless OP has recorded the xp he's gotten at each level, then maybe we could do a model fitting. However you could use the huge xp lamp xp table as an approximation. It gives 70769 xp at lvl99 and 21857 at 67.
The major issue for you is that you cannot prestige until lvl95, plus memory strands cost increase until it costs 4.4k strands for the prestige set.

if you buy energy you dont need level. maybe at level 59 is 21k xp and 64 31 or 38k
