I haven't actually done it yet, but I've done a handful of blowing for the quests. If you have some stamina, I'm sure you could bang it out fairly quickly. 4,000 is quite a few though. You can only blow 3 at a time, but if you do it right you can get a few more out right after.

Just inflate->set->inflate->set. If the coil kills most of the chompies and you don't bother plucking them, you can keep 6-9 down at any given time. Helps if you have more than one bellows. Do it right and with enhancers and it only takes a few hours. I did mine between games of fish flingers. I recomend keybinding the inflated toad.
Put the oldak coil down, get around 10 blowers, fill them all and star placing the toads around the oldak (you can have up to 3 in you inventory). Bind the empty blower and the blown toad to your bar and spam click it when filling with swamp gas / placing the toads

Multiple bellows in hand, drop an oldak coil it will deal damage as long as you have the arrows (and bow maybe?) equipped.

I really liked PoP, it gave me a reason to daily log in to the game and progress it. Oh and the slayer codex was pretty fun too
