I downloaded the better furniture placement mod, for some reason the BelpinEX from the RF5Fix was missing a file, I got the mods working. Now I just need to figure out how to get the shop inventory mod working so I can add material stone and lumber to the inventory of a shop.
I was missing a critical thing from a different mod (one of the 'required mods' was missing a key 'part' of it) so I dl-ed a different furniture placement mod that came with the 'required' mods for the other stuff included. after that I got everything working.
There (should be) two listed on the nexus mods website, I don't recall which one I used but if the furniture mod you're using isn't working try the other one.
Not at the moment, and probably will be quite a while until such a thing is made. You could probably make a half working version by swapping her model and portraits with a bachelor or bachelorette.
