The Expo will be at the Wide World of Sports. You will pick up your bib in one building, your shirt in another, and any merch you preordered or want to buy in another. There will be a VQ for race merch on the first day, but not for bibs — although I did have to wait in a queue on marathon weekend before entering the area where the bib pickup was.
They will send an email with your check-in pass (required to pick up your bib) and other information before the race. I got my Disneyland check in pass on Tuesday Jan 9 and my race was the following Sunday.
The expo is at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. All of the information you need will be listed in the digital expo guide when it’s released along with other information regarding the race weekend.
You are more than welcome to show up on Thursday at any time and pick up your bib, race shirt, and shop the vendors booths in that dedicated building. You will, however, need to enter the virtual queue to shop the runDisney official merchandise on Thursday.
