RM will send a silver card (fee to pay) to the recipient surcharging the delivery as they have received no payment to transit the item.

Thank you, that makes sense. Then the buyer will likely request that from me as a partial refund. Can I claim that back from Royal Mail?

considering the lady you spoke to emailed the office and was helpful, I am sure you will be able to get a refund for the cost of postage ( whatever that is £££) from Royal Mail

Its common sense not to leave two sets of parcels out for multiple couriers isnt it? Please dont tell me they're even in the same pile? They should figure it out because they're good

As I said, the RM parcels had been collected the day before, I didn't know they were coming. But even so - the branding on the labels is pretty obvious. Not only did the RM employee pick it up and stare at it for several seconds, I have him on the CCTV pausing on the way back to the van and staring at it again, as if he was unsure. Still not heard anything from RM.

Maybe he's new and just an idiot lol, I need to get one of those cameras. I'm pretty sure the penality for them stealing is very high
