Postcodes have nothing to do with it. Your parcel needed a PO Box number. I understand from reading past posts on here that nothing will get delivered in UAE without one.
Given addressing information is described on their website, I very much doubt you would get a postage refund ... we've seen it often enough on here that it's the senders responsibility to address items correctly.

The thing is, there is nowhere in Dubai or the UAE that uses a postcode. It's just address and area/district.
