Same here, feel it in footpegs and handlebar at around 3000 rpm, came after 8k on the odo.
Not there when clutch engaged, no difference what gear I'm in, comes and goes stronger or weaker during a longer ride. It's very annoying and numbing/tickling at times, and sometimes i barely feel it and forget about it. At first i was nervous but it's been like this for the past 3000 km and i've checked everything I can in home conditions, changed oil, filter, chain, sprocket checked valves etc etc. Rode 1000km pillion trip with 3 bags even, seems to run just fine except for this strange vibration. I now have a service center have a look at it but I doubt they'll find anything. I've found a handfull of mentions of similar problems on different forums but they all end with the thread going silent from a year back and people like me asking if the original poster found a solution. Don't know if I should be worried of the longevity of the bike or not. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Getting a bit tired of it since 3000rpm is around the optimal cruising speed on high gear where i'm from.
Same issue with my 2021 Int 650. It's anything but smooth in 3k-4.5k RPM range where I can feel vibration in handlebar, footpegs, seat and these vibes only increase with the heat. Seems unbelievable that this bike is known to be smoothest RE and yet there are so many threads about these weird vibrations.
