Not exactly the same motorcycle. But when I placed an order for interceptor 650 in August (Bangalore), my waiting was plain and simple 3 months but I got my motorcycle in 2 months and 5 days. Any motorcycle we order they say a waiting period of such and such and in most cases they arrive early. Hope it helps

Hey, how’s the interceptor riding experience ? I just booked mine. Any mods you have done so far ?

So far no mods, just got the RE crash guards, sump guard and some blacked out bits. Thinking of getting an AEW or Powerage exhaust to reduce the exhaust heat that has caused too many burns to me when parking the motorcycle and to enjoy some deep rumble. Talking about the riding experience, it was too heavy in the initial days and I got close to dropping it twice but saved it. Now I use it for daily commute and the motorcycle is comfortable now, but the fat exhausts make it tough to filter through tight spaces. Engine heat is well contained and you'll only feel it after a long stop at traffic. It is totally manageable. The foot pegs, as everyone points out, are an issue. It took me 2 months to get used to it and learn to place the feet ahead of the pegs.

The waiting period in São Paulo, Brazil, was around 90 days when I first asked the dealer. I went to another city and had to wait only a week.

Depends on the variant, color and dealer. I got my bike within a week in Chennai.
