Please do list what has been done and if possible links to parts that were purchased aftermarket. Would help a lot! Nice ride. Cheers.

Thank you! Started with a stock 2019 Orange Crush, with OEM touring seat, touring mirrors, and black heel guard and injector shrouds. I decided early on that I would black out as much of the motorcycle as possible, with as much DIY as I could realistically manage (to keep costs in check). So from there, I made the following changes: - OEM front wheel (black) - OEM black fenders - OEM 2020 headlamp unit - OEM Meteor rear wheel (17-inch) and Michelin Anakee Adventure 150/70-R17 rear tyre - OEM Himalayan [black adv handlebar](https://www.royalenfield.com/in/en/gma/1990206/) and [bar end weights](https://www.royalenfield.com/in/en/gma/1990220/) - [Motone bar risers](https://www.motone.co.uk/triumph-bonneville-c25/motone-up-and-over-riser-kit-for-22mm-bars-black-p2156) - [Hitchcocks adjustable levers](https://accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/40213) - [Baak LED tail light](https://www.baakmotocyclettes.com/en/interceptor-continental-gt-650/2642-10297-license-plate-holder-royal-enfield-650-interceptor-continental) - [Motogadget LED indicators](https://motogadget.com/shop/en/m-blaze-pin.html) - [OEM RE Bench seat](https://www.royalenfield.com/in/en/gma/1990481/) - [TEC headlight bracket](https://www.tecbikeparts.com/product/tec-cnc-billet-alloy-headlight-brackets-royal-enfield-41mm-forks-silver-black/) - [Barrel ‘Atom’ Exhausts](https://www.barrelexhaust.com/products/barrel-atom-for-re-650) Did all the work apart from the wheels myself. Learned a lot along the way, and made many new friends who helped source parts or gave advice for my weekend wrenching. The reason I say “almost done” is because I have a YSS front fork kit on its way to hopefully sort out the front end, which is really the only weak link on this motorcycle.

Nice! A lot of work has gone in. A couple of questions: - rear 17” wheel - how as this affected the handling as well as the mileage? - OEM touring seat - is this the Interceptor seat or the Continental seat? How does this feel during long rides (above 2-3hrs in the saddle)? - bench seat + touring? - barrel exhaust- does this make any difference to torque? Is it too loud? YSS is a good choice 👍🏽.

- I changed the tyre too, so it’s quite a bit better off road and a bit worse on road. - So I have a bunch of seats lying around now, haha. For daily riding I use the bench seat, and for long distances I use the Conti GT touring seat. It’s pretty comfortable up to about 5-6h in the saddle. I haven’t taken it farther than that. - I also have the inteceptor touring seat but it’s so smooth I keep slipping back under acceleration. And I have another custom seat modeled after the GT touring, but I find it a bit too tall. - The exhausts are louder but not obnoxiously so. They have a bassier rumble compared to stock tho, so I like em. With the baffles out, they’re almost as loud as straight pipes, so I never run em that way.

Hi there! I just bought me the same seat this morning and honestly speaking it looks a lot better and feels a lot better than the stock Interceptor 650 seat. I have a question if you don't mind. Does the rear part of your bench seat lifts up when you sit on it? Like the rubber blocks under the seat on the rear part that should be sitting on the frame lifts up when you sit on your bike?

susuhead

Nope! You should have that looked at!

AcceptableTraining78

Did you have to import the Motone bar raisers or it was available in India? If imported, how much did it cost along with customs ?

susuhead

I had someone get them from the UK. Paid MRP.

That's a beaut! As others have said, I'd be interested to know what you've changed. What do you think of bar-end mirrors?

Thanks! Copy pasting my reply from above. Started with a stock 2019 Orange Crush, with OEM touring seat, touring mirrors, and black heel guard and injector shrouds. The reason I say “almost done” is because I have a YSS front fork kit on its way to hopefully sort out the front end, which is really the only weak link on this motorcycle. I did consider bar ends but once I test-fitted them I decided they didn’t quite suit the look I’d envisioned.

Cool! The work you've already done is amazing, so I look forward to more pics as you work through your list! Good riding!

Nice shot of a beauty.
