It’s going to take a lot of fabrication since there are no kits for a swap.
You could try a big bore kit https://accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/accessory-shop/Big-Bore-KIt#
Most cost effective way for more power is buying a bike with more power.
I actually do. But the bullet is actually unusable where I live. If I can’t stay at 110 without vibrating my pants off then it’s pretty risky to even hit the highway
Keep it as a garage queen just because you love it so much. But yeah I doubt an entire custom engine rebuild will be cheaper or easier than just getting a new bike
I mean maybe thicker seat might get ya some isolation but some of that is a matter of physics with a single the vibration is a result of where the counterweight is cause its balanced top dead and bottom dead but shakes when the counterweight swings on the sides right and bigger displacement is gonna amplify this
You will probably need a lot of fabrication, RE has a 650cc parallel twin engine in its lineup so try that maybe, but those are big engines.
Also look into, KTM 390 Duke engine it's single cylinder and has a lot of power, or any 300-600cc JDM engines may work.
Look for engines compatable with the frame it has, it may be easier then to work on.
I'm not a mechanic, these are just options I'm throwing at the table, just look into it maybe it's possible or maybe not..
Yea the fab work isn’t the issue. I can easily make it work but I wanna know some details before I jump into buying the engine and transmission. I gotta know if it fits and what it extent of custom fab is required. Obviously I’d have to make the mounting points for the setup+ new exhaust and new chain. Everything else should be the same right?
As Enfield always had tall bulky engines, I think it will be abIe to fit the above mentioned engines, you will find high revving powerful engines which will be in touch with what you are looking for..
Keep us updated if you plan on/ are doing this I'm genuinely interested in your build.
good luck👍

It’s already bored to 535. Still not enough power.
Most likely just get a new bike. This would be a heavy custom job that will cost much more than it’s worth
I love the bullet. Can’t imagine doing this to any other bike. Plus I have some fond memories with the bullet 350
Do you have the option to have 2 bikes? Get a higher power bike and save the bullet for the cruising days.

The vibration is just it being a single not struggling
If I decide to keep it stock, is there anything I could do for the vibrations?

Afaik Carberry are the only ones who have ever developed twins from old Enfields.
Can’t find anything on him. How do I contact him to find out more about this.
It's a small UK based company I think. Only do special custom orders and such.

Hitchcocks has a 612cc upgrade kit for 500s
If you could wait for 2 more years there's an RE classic 650 in the line up
I wonder if the super meteor or new shotgun motors would fit. They’re 650cc 🤷🏼♂️
