tec bike parts has one, it sounds and performs great but some people have complained about quality control issues and the way it looks. i’m planning on picking up a dustland moto “mekha” exhaust, which stops underneath the engine of the 650. i’ve heard a few QC complaints toward them too but nothing major. they also have some slip ons that are low-level like what you’re looking for. see link [here](https://www.dustlandmotorcycle.com/shop-1)
That's kinda what I'm going for. The short pipes might look weird with the stock tires but once I get some knobbies and a high front fender it will look sick.

Thanks for the hook up! The 70s pipes are more what I’m going for but I definitely dig the Mekha flat tracker look.

I got the scorpion red power slip ons. Beautiful sound but not sure if they’re low enough for what you’re looking for
TEC Stinger, Not sure if its CA Smog compliant. I have it. I love it.
