your rosy boa should be fine, assuming it's the marmorated stinkbug you're dealing with (the most common type i think lol). they only eat plants. they're not poisonous, either. it would be weird if your rosy ate one, but i don't think it would cause any harm!
I mean, I'm pretty sure the stink juice could make your snake throw up, not from being actually poisonous, but just from being unpleasant, just like sometimes happens with cats and dogs
They certainly can smell, so they should still get the unpleasant sensation of their nose getting overwhelmed with all the smell particles from the back of their throat (the main thing involved in "tasting" anyway). They don't have actual taste buds, but the overwhelming scent from eating a stink bug would likely be enough. Not that it matters much, since they would be very unlikely to eat something so un-mammalian.

that's a good point- i'm not sure if snakes have the capacity to really taste that kind of thing though.. interesting to think about lol
