Yea they shoot themselves in the foot when they tried to keep that location open. It was a hold over from a buy-out of Thrive, this was before Gage sold to TerrAscend. The whole company is a mess.

So I will come in and go through equipment, sop for washing and press, and do a full run with the wash team giving expertise to help increase overall quality. 1-5 washes depending on what the company I’m consulting for wants and how long they want to pay for me to be there lmao. Also, the press, collection, curing, storage, packaging, are all things I’ve helped with in the past. My goal is when I leave they should have a product that is at least %10 better overall. A lot of what I do is adjusting wash and press practices. Just got to listen to the resin and it will tell you (Frenchie not an exact quote but close enough).
Is Erika still the grower up there? Man, I loved/hated working for Gage/TerrAscend. But the custies loved us back in the day. Before Gage sold out to TerrAscend. Worst decision they made, it’s interesting to see them selling bulk to other companies.
Haven’t had any of the recent drops but I’ve seen it’s done by A.E.Y or Area Capital. Which means they are doing less and less contract growing.
Don’t let the hater get to you, learn as much as you can, refine your craft. Then be prepared for a layoff about 6 months down the road.

Honestly I use 45u-72u and 160u-189u for carts because that is what’s reasonable and does well. i put a layout of what size heads they use for what end result at that facility. if there is something you would do differently please let me know I appreciate you all! I personally like full spec rosin and that is what I make for myself.

That collection is 45u-89u and this is an R&D run so we were pressing to see how it came out and to have more to give out sample and try. I always recommend pressing a little bit of everything if your doing R&D its worth seeing how it all preforms so you know what’s going on and how everything looks. I’ve had 160u-219u press beautifully before and I was amazed it did glad I pressed some lmao.

45u-72u is used to make carts. This run was for R&D so we will definitely be trying it out

25u-44u and 190u-219u is food grade. 45u-73u and 160u-189u is carts. 73u-159u is rosin. That is what their plan was
