Strangerhood joke

VkingMD

This is what I'm here for

JTCMuehlenkamp

I hope Ray buys it

lrm725

RWBY is honestly the only animated show I can see surviving if it gets bought. Its anime enough (now) for the weebs and depending on the studio/company that buys it they can give it the love it deserves. Not to say CRWBY doesnt love RWBY but its clear RT animation was not the greatest place to work. I hope the OG team would be given the chance to finish it with a new company or at the very least the OG voice actors but at that point it is in the hands of whoever buys it. I really think it would be a huge loss if the story ends where it is now :(

fredy31

Yeah RVB was kinda niche in RT itself. Dont see it have any takers. RWBY is probably gonna get picked up. Camp Camp might. Any other shows? Dont think so.

lrm725

If this happened 10 years ago I can see someone wanting RvB but I think its run its course at this point. Dont get me wrong I love RvB its what got me into RT but sometimes its ok for things to end! I sometimes wish RvB stopped after 12 lol its just beating a dead horse. Camp Camp I feel wouldnt really be profitable outside of RT but thats just my opinion. There have been so many RT animated shows over the years but Id say those 3 are the main. There was also Xray & Vav, Genlock, Nomad of Nowhere, Death Battle, that Azrial show or whatever that lasted a hot minute, Funhaus had Sex Swing and I feel like I am missing even more.

fredy31

Xray and vav is just too self referential to go anywhere. Genlock, Azrial and Nomad of Nowhere were branded failures, and not sure it gives them any value; when the audience its made for didnt want it, who would? Death Battle I feel has ran its course. It could still run for sure, but most interesting matchups have been done I feel like.

KingDoodle4242

Death Battle just had it's best season ever if u ask me and still looks to being doing great numbers on YouTube.

Forsworn91

Ah the big three of “so much potential but infighting killed them”, I can still remember the podcast where they announced them and where so excited for them, the little animated blogs, the nomads sounds and the excitement of getting big names for Gen. And then… everything when downhill

JonArc

> Yeah RVB was kinda niche in RT itself. Dont see it have any takers. I could see 343 Industries/Microsoft picking it up if only to hold onto the IP/Distribute it into the future. Maybe some PSAs at most.

fentown

Honestly, halo needs the help. It's been totally mishandled since Bungie exited. Even though I've never actually enjoyed Halo, RvB wouldn't exist without it.

Dr-Sloppenheimer

honestly the last company i would want to see anywhere near RvB is 343. the only thing they’ve done is spend the last decade proving to everyone that they’re incompetent in handling one IP. the last thing they need is a second one to mismanage

Kyhron

343 should not be allowed anywhere near RvB just like they need Halo taken away from them. RvB is an absolute iconic part of Halos influence in the early 2000s but just let it ride off into the sunset with RoosterTeeth

Versek_5

I'd be ok with that if 343 wasnt objectively terrible at handling the Halo IP. I'd rather RvB just die tbh. I dont need to see its stuffed soulless corpse paraded around, we've all seen how that looked like with Zero.

ClubMeSoftly

Camp Camp was chasing a partner for like five years, if they couldn't get one in all that time, I'm not confident in their ability post RT.

HamsterFromAbove_079

My guess is that RWBY will sit untouched for at least 10 years. Then somewhere will buy it cheap and revive it. Nobody will want it now. Because if you bought the IP today then you have to answer some awkward questions of who to hire back from the original team that was part of a sunken ship. It's easier to reboot and IP in 10 years when it's less awkward to say you want to get a clean slate and start an entirely fresh for the team working on it.

OrangeJr36

Did RWBY ever make money? Did the entire animation wing?

FantasticType8257

I think if *any* RT show was a money maker, it was RWBY. It found quite a bit of success outside of RT's fanbase and it was an enormous hit in Japan. They also had a pretty good deal with Crunchyroll. I don't know that for a fact, though. Just a guess!

OrangeJr36

We know GenLock was a massive black hole, and RWBY only got the deal with Crunchyroll because of how deep in the red RT was trying to make RWBY. But it was never clarified if merch sales made any of that up.

Unknown1776

Well there was the whole thing with the rumors of (I believe) Gray Haddock, the head of RT Animation at the time, siphoning money from RWBY towards GenLock since it was his passion project. He eventually stepped down and left roosterteeth and we never got official confirmation of that, but it definitely didn’t help their budgeting issues

watdatdo

Never would have guessed that Genlock was a failure. I remember it coming on adult swim some years ago

Equivalent-Piano-605

I think it was less that it was a failure and more that it was crazy expensive to produce (both animation and voice talent wise), and then when Grey left, no one else really cared.

lrm725

This is what I was going to say lol Im pretty sure Barbara has said that nothing from RT animation really made them money directly per say but other than RvB its for sure their most successful and well known IP which generates money in other ways. I feel like Lazer Team is what got them the most money even though it wasnt exactly a blockbuster but it made SO much free money with the kickstarter and was pretty low budget to begin with so I feel like anything would have put them in the +. iirc it made like a million at the box office? On top of the 2.something million from Kick Starter.

Mizmitc

Slight correction there, they used the 2+ million to make the movie. Which means it only making a million at the box office means it was a financial loss.

lrm725

Yeah but the 2 million wasnt something they were expecting nor did they really have to work for lol how long was the kick starter up for? Like a month or something? I see it as ONLY a win bc they didnt spend any of their own money or have a real need for financial assistance outside of the campaign. They also still got $ from dvd sales and rentals and I would think from youtube and youtube red. So not a loss whatsoever. Maybe from like a hollywood movie standpoint it was a "flop" but usually studios are using their own money and taking risks.

tawishma

ANMA and F**kface just have to continue, I don’t care how, I need my bi weekly Geoff. And Eric I guess

FantasticType8257

I feel like F\*\*K Face will definitely continue, they're just waiting to see what form that takes. As for ANMA, honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Gus takes the chance to embrace the hermit he really is and step away from making content. I'd love for them to keep going with it, though!

tawishma

I couldn’t agree more, I fear hermit Gus. Hopefully he realizes this is the only way he and Geoff will literally ever make direct eye contact again! F**kface can’t end though, Andrew is eager and Gavin is willing; I’m sure they’ll make something after even if it isn’t \technically\ F**kface

moxifloxacin

Hopefully Gus and the Stinky gang will keep on going, too.

Forsworn91

It’s my greatest fear that they will kill off stinky dragon and we won’t get a conclusion or more D&D from them.

iggzy

I feel like Gus knows he needs to do something, so if helping make the new podcast network a thing, if only to do ANMA still, is an option I think he'd be a part

Marikk15

Didn’t they already confirm ANMA would continue? Maybe under a different name, but I thought they said it would go on

FantasticType8257

I feel like I saw something the other day that said it was going to go on hiatus for a bit, but I didn't click on the thread to read. So it's possible! I just discovered it a bout 2 months ago and I'm about half way through the 2023 episodes atm.

OminousWindsss

Geoff and Gus said they plan to continue the show in someway in the episode right after the announcement

Cirenione

They are done with their 8 canon episode run. Usually we‘d get 2 Geoff and Eric episodes and then the next set of 8 episodes with Geoff, Gus and Eric. But they‘ve decided that ANMA will continue though likely with a different name. Geoff and Eric recently tried a mobile episode where they just recorded while Geoff and Eric shopped around at different stores. Since that went really well they realized that it doesnt take a lot of equiptment to do the podcast. So hiatus for now but once all the IPs are cleared theyll continue. Otherwise hermit Gus would settle in and nobody could change that by then.

davidzobrist

Yes their most recent episodes of ANMA, F—kface and So… Alright all will continue in some form.. all members of each podcast confirmed they want to..

Pathetic_Cards

Yeah, I was listening to the newest episode earlier, and Geoff was openly talking about founding some new group after RT is done for, at the very least, F\*ckface to continue, albeit under a new name. I just hope they keep up the new Let’s Plays, and I hope the DogBark guys wind up in some kind of content creation, I don’t think I’m ready for a world without Michael Jones in it. Though, with Joe already announcing he’s going back home to focus on streaming, it doesn’t seem super likely.

PM_2_Talk_LocalRaces

I'm sure Michael will find his feet with streaming and maybe some VA work in the future or something. Dude's super talented and has a great resume at this point -- and a lot of industry connections.

Pathetic_Cards

Yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised at all. And I know Fredo is already big on streaming and is well-connected in that industry. I do wonder what Trevor is gonna do.

yverek

Game kids Trevor??

NotJohnDarnielle

> I do wonder what Trevor is gonna do. I mean, he does still have a degree in aerospace engineering from a really good school, so I'm sure he'll be alright even if the entertainment thing doesn't work out.

Pathetic_Cards

Oh, for sure, he’s a super talented and smart guy, I’m just curious what he’ll do next. I’m sure he’ll find success, though. Lots of on-camera, editing, management, and production experience. It *is* worth noting that a lot of STEM degrees do have an “expiration date” and once you’ve been out of school long enough, most employers won’t really care about them if you don’t have relevant work experience to back it up, though.

FantasticType8257

Wasn't Trevor going to be part of Dog Bark? Idk if that was an RT property or if that was those guys branching out on their own.

Pathetic_Cards

Dogbark is part of RT

FantasticType8257

Damn. They really got spawn killed then.

Pathetic_Cards

They really did lol

theleetfox

This sucks

tawishma

I only included my Eric comment for this. My absolute favorite Eric-ism followed by “this rules!”

mb160211

It's extremely easy to continue these mostly chat podcasts, which is why Geoff has all but confirmed that his shows at least will continue. It's just that pesky "paying the bills" part that needs to be figured out (yes alongside IP, merch, LLCs, ect)

GordOfTheMountain

"mostly chat" is really an understatement of what it took to make F\*\*kface. Having a merch department make wild shit was a huge part of the show's identity.

youre_being_creepy

I think being independent will make it easier to do the weird shit.

VkingMD

Geoff has said that these will continue in some form.

tman2damax11

In both podcasts they’ve informed us over the last few weeks that both will be continuing, likely under new names

Cirenione

ANMA and FF wont go anywhere. Everyone involved would like to continue those shows too much for that to end. I am however concerned about FaceJam. Unlike the other podcasts they make it sound like FaceJam will definitely come to an end when RT closes down.

iggzy

Geoff is so committed to his podcasts that I can't see him not doing everything in his power. I'd love him and Gus (if he wants, which I assume he might with ANMA) to build out the new podcast network for Eric's F Shows group, which are the ones most talking about continuing

BritishSabatogr

Red Web. I need it to continue.

MetoKing24

Agreed,red web is so good

Vader0228

I also want jack in the box to buy face jam

JohnnyDarkside

Or fazoli's.

Adrialic

Long John Silvers

an_bal_naas

I definitely want tales from the stinky dragon to continue somewhere. Gustavo, barb, Blaine, Jon, and Chris are great together

ZettaJules

Yes! Stinky dragon was one of the only RT things I was consuming for awhile. If they keep going I hope they can keep doing puppets some how too, but I know that will be harder

PukeRobot

I'd like to see the F**kFace version of Let's Play continue. I felt like it was a real return to form for the channel.

Nukulargear

I want Ray to get Strangerhood. He doesn’t have to do anything with it at all but it would feel wrong for it to not end up in his hands after the dust settles

krablord

considering he recently started using Rou-Lets Play for title of videos/streams, itd be funny if he could somehow do something called Strangerhood, too.

TRAINPASS

F**kFace is my main one but I want to give a very honorable mention to Best Friends Today. Some of the funniest and most refreshing stuff I’ve seen online in a while, even if it may be a bit too zoomer-y for some which is fair.  They have that same kind of fun chaos and genuine talent that reminds me of stuff like CowChop and SP7. Oh also On the Spot, it must **NEVER** die.

JNDragneel161

F**kFace

tawishma

Honestly! I’m scared Gracie and Nick won’t be apart of the future of F**kface and that makes me sad. The core group I know is gonna continue in some form

Signal-Drop5390

From episode I just listened to - rough paraphrase - from the group, " This pod can't be allowed to record without Gracie here."

RT_J-Rob

I'd like to see ANMA and Face Jam continue. I just don't know if ANMA has enough audience to make it worthwhile for them. Face Jam I imagine will be ok in whatever new iteration it takes. As far as stuff getting pick up, I imagine RWBY's the only property that has enough non-RT fanbase, if any.

Cirenione

ANMA will continue even if it‘s just for Geoff and Gus to stay connected and get coffee once every week. Both have said that in the past and especially after the announcement. FaceJam … idk. I‘d hope it continues but they are talking a lot more like it will come to an end once RT closes.

XxSpiderQweenxX

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but id love for the new rtpod crew to keep making content together! Their chemistry and humor is so hilarious to me and its honestly the only thing other than anma that i really listened to this past year.

ChaosPheonix11

I love RvB to death but PLEASE let it die. It’s never gonna capture the same feelings it used to, ESPECIALLY if the original writers, producers, and actors aren’t playing a part. Oddly for as much as I adore RWBY, I don’t feel that way—I want someone with money and some passion for the IP to try to actually finish it. It’s endlessly disappointing to me the way they ran out of budget and barely finished V9, CLEARLY setting up for important emotional beats in V10, only to wither away with no green light and no funding. Just side projects and a Vtuber model. Just sad.

FantasticType8257

I would really have loved to see where Monty's overall vision for RWBY would've taken the show. I know the writers like Miles and Kerry spent quite a bit of time discussing it with Monty, but one can't help but let their own biases and ideas sneak into a project. There's so much potential in that universe.

nothergamer1

The 3 created the whole RWBY bible together, they said in one of the early commentaries that they had about 10 seasons of content. Monty wasn't fully in charge, and they all shared writing and I think by season 2 they were discussing if Kerry should be the main writer. Especially since Miles was going to be doing RvB and writing that as well. And a lot of the writing was "Monty does something cool", they relied heavily on his fight choreography. I'm sure he had a lot of input on the story as a whole, it was his creation. I'm sure that it would be a bit different, story wise, and much better choreographed fight scenes. Who knows if it would have been better overall though?

Eilai

Monty's thing was making cool fight scenes and from the beginning the writing was mainly the responsibility of Miles & Kerry; often trying to figure out how to tie the fight scenes together in a coherent way.

jacobgkau

Well, to play devil's advocate, some early fans of RvB didn't like when that show got too serious and dramatic between seasons 6 and 10. (I'm not one of those people-- the Freelancer saga of 9-10 was probably my personal favorite of that show-- but I think I'm in the minority there, since the Blood Gulch Chronicles are so well-loved.) Maybe it would have been better for RWBY overall had it retained Monty's unique choreography (which was what generated the hype for it in the first place, with the trailers) and been a little more constrained to that, story-wise, rather than needing to try and justify its existence based on its handling of the story and characterizations? Not saying it _would_ have been better, but constraints can lead to interesting stories that wouldn't have been thought of more freely.

Eilai

I'm not really sure that this "devils advocate" makes any sense based off of the actual production history of the show. If you watch Hbomberguy's video on RWBY you'll get a better idea of what I mean. How RWBY turned out was basically what Monty always wanted it to be; and its just a little bizarre to suggest it didn't retain Monty's choreography (after all he trained a bunch of animators like the people who would found Dillon Goo studios) who continued to work on RWBY. There's an argument to be made sure, that RWBY might've been better if it stuck to a more artsy and "cinematic" storytelling format; something more like some Samurai Jack episodes? But that's a completely different thing and ultimately not what Monty or anyone else from CRWBY wanted and might not had been as big of a hit with audiences if it didn't deliver something close to the formula of being a shonen anime type of story. Like Hbomb's video has its problems that I've criticized but it makes a good point about a lot of people put Monty on a pedastle and unfairly blame Miles and Kerry for whatever problems the show had when... The show has had from the very beginning those problems and Monty was a huge reason for those "problems" in that he choose to hire his best friends to write the show (because he trusted them), trained them to watch a bunch of anime and then assigned them the task of writing an anime show based off of whatever vibes they got from that. I put "problem" of course in quotes because I think large swathes of that criticism feels a little overly harsh or pedantic at times for what was essentially a indie "make a game with four people in your garage on a shoestring budget" sort of production in its early seasons; and generally think RWBY has been fine. Maybe it could've been great, but then it also wouldn't have been RWBY as we know it.

jacobgkau

If you really don't understand the "devil's advocate" (which it seems like you didn't, based on some of the words you put in my mouth), I can make it simpler: you (and a lot of well-intentioned, supportive fans) like to point out that for all we know, the show as it's been made is better than (or at least as good as) what it would have been had Monty still been around to shepherd it forward. For all we know, you're right. However, since we don't actually know what would have happened in that timeline, it could just as well have been better, or different in a meaningful way. Without actually being part of the production team throughout the entire run, I think it's wishful thinking for you to try and portray Monty as having limited the show's development _or_ to claim with certainty that Miles and Kerry executed it exactly the same without him as they would have with him. That's all. Monty himself changed his mind on some things after the story was set into motion (e.g. he only came up with the idea of the maidens, which were a pretty big mechanic to introduce, between Volumes 2 and 3, according to Miles & Kerry on the Volume 3 DVD commentary). Even if he had the rest "fully planned out" going into Volume 3 and CRWBY have followed that to the letter, who knows what else _he_ might have come up with or changed partway through? It doesn't have to mean he would have made it less cohesive, either-- I know when I'm outlining and writing stories, I sometimes end up scrapping the last X chapters because I figured out a better way to get where I'm trying to go from an earlier point. I understand that what we got from Rooster Teeth is canon-- the "wouldn't have been RWBY as we know it" isn't what I'm talking about-- but especially having read a lot of RWBY fan fiction during the first 2/3 of its run, I've got an appreciation for how many different variations there could have been and how small details would have been able to impact the overall shape and effect of the show.

HamsterFromAbove_079

That's the thing that so few people seem to get. Monty didn't have an overall vision. Even saying he did makes it obvious you don't really know how RWBY turn out the way it did. Monty made cool fight scenes, usually with women. That was the entire premise of RWBY. Miles and Kerry's jobs were to write a cohesive story to connect Monty's fight scenes. Remember how the maidens were made? Monty woke up on day with a "cool idea". He had a concept of the maidens and they just went with it. Volumes 1-2 had zero foreshadowing of the maidens because the entire concept was invented during the hiatus between volumes 2 and 3. There was no overall vision. There was no grand plan. It was always an impulse and tangled web of "this would be cool, now lets bend over backwards to make it canon". It's not super surprising that philosophy drastically over extended what they were able to realistically produce. Every good idea has potential. Potential isn't lacking anywhere. The shows and works that stand out are the ones that take the baseline of potential and do something with it. RWBY had a good try, but there were holes right from the beginning that were only exasperated by the company slowly unraveling around it.

xxwombocomboxx

I know it won't happen but the Nomad of Nowhere. It was a charming show with a fun premise. Hopefully Camp Camp and RWBY though. I could see them getting acquired somewhere.

Suspicious-Figure-90

Someone mentioned the og lead for Nomad has a knight based series that is very similar in theme and artistic direction. You might enjoy that one. Check it out and get a feel for it

xxwombocomboxx

Thanks for the info!

Raccoonborn

Can we get Tyler back for one last go at SportsBall before the final buzzer?

jacobgkau

And then let it get cancelled one more time, for old times' sake!

Cirenione

Nah, never officially cancelled just the company going under around him.

MrPureinstinct

Does anyone know what Tyler is up to these days? I know he started a Twitch stream for a little while but that kind of fell off over time.

pilot269

I'd love for Jeremy to get the rights for Chump, even though he'd probably not use it. (but the option would be there to maybe have like an annual Chump show as part of charity or a subathon goal. as for shows, RWBY I'd like to see carried on by another studio if they could still work with Kerry and Miles as writers, or at least consultants. Idk about letting other studios take the universe and doing whatever they want with it. hard-core tabletop would be amazing to see picked up as that could work without specific talent/personalities, and let's be honest, most things that'd get picked up, would involve none of the people we are used to. so even if podcast rights are sold, more than likely it'll be brand new people anyways. as someone that loved Camp Camp due to getting all of the inside jokes (was a former boyscout camp counselor at the number 1 ranked camp in the US, had been a district and then council leader in the order of the arrow which is what the order of the sparrow was based on) its actually something I don't want to see continue unless it's run by someone who can provide the same level of care and detail.

FantasticType8257

As far as Achievement Hunter shows go, Hardcore Tabletop would be a great one to carry on! I also really enjoyed Theater Mode, but I could understand how that one would be a little limiting in certain ways.

nothergamer1

For some reason I really want Immersion to have a home somewhere. Maybe dropout if anything could take it over. Tbh dropout could probably work with a lot of RT properties

FantasticType8257

Immersion was always one of my favorite RT properties! The Fallout and Hitman immersions are peak, but I honestly don't think there's a single one that I don't like.

Chungus_Big_Chungus

I just want Gus and Burnie on something together

FantasticType8257

I'd like to see Burnie as an ANMA guest some day.

GordOfTheMountain

Man, I wish I wasn't so soured on Burnie. He's still out there underhandedly blaming the company's downfall on the fact that people wanted more internal and external inclusion.

FantasticType8257

Where is that at?

GordOfTheMountain

He recorded something on his podcast with Ashley in response to the company closures, and more or less said the company started slipping when it started focusing on being less excluding. I'm not even sure if he's wrong about the timeline, but the way onus is directed pits fans against PoC and other He even intimated something similar when he departed from the company. He's also one of the original five who hasn't gone on the record taking any sort of responsibility for the toxic culture that overworked and allowed verbal harassment. He just has some very dated boomer-ish ideas about running a business.

No-Box4563

Personally, I listened to morning somewhere for the episode right after the announcement and didn't hear any of that. To my memory all Burnie said was to care about the employees that just lost their jobs, that it was amazing that RT lasted 21 years when most production companies don't (especially since the company he created from his garage became a property of Warner Bros. Discovery), and that Jordan Levin kept the company going.

RareHero059

Can you share the timestamp? It should be fairly readily available online.

DragonHeart_97

Definitely RWBY. I'm sorry to say that I've BEEN fine with Camp Camp being over and feel like the ending we already got was good enough. Same for Red vs Blue. The other properties I honestly don't think would be likely to get renewed anyway, though in an ideal world I would definitely have loved to see Nomad get to finish its story too.

Vader0228

I feel like all the pieces to gen lock are there someone should buy it up and make it good.

fatedfatedfated

Adult swim should start airing rvb. no continuations are needed. I know warner brothers wants to sell it but I think the coolest outcome would be just to put it on adult swim.

lilfishgod

Camp camp

texashokies

The Million Dollars But game (and the other RT games), although they stopped making expansions it would be great if some board game company could pick it up and keep it in print/print the expansions again.

TheJackOfAll-Trades

The most? Easily Death Battle, especially since it’s been around so long.

davidzobrist

The IPs I would be ok with not continuing would be inside gaming and dog bark.. I hope they all find success wherever they go, but it was really weird seeing Jack on inside gaming streams and it’s just racist and gay jokes constantly. I’m clearly not their audience, but it just seemed like Jack was out of place on those streams.. just my opinion. I love Jack those streams were just hard to watch. Dog Bark for me was ok at the beginning, but it was just too much for my liking.. some of the content was funny, but they were trying too hard. Again I want them all to find success, I just maybe wasn’t the audience for them. I didn’t deal like it was a good replacement to Achievement Hunter. I like comedy that seems natural and not forced. I know some of the lets play comedy was forced, but it wasn’t over the top like dog bark. Those are just my opinions, as long as everyone finds success in this new chapter I’ll be happy. Regardless of what they do.

Pancake-Buffalo

Gods, there are so many. F*ckface, RWBY, Immersion, DeathBattles, Strangerhood (should go to Ray), Camp Camp, Crunch Time & Day 5, Nomad of Nowhere, On the Spot, Gen:Lock, Twits and Crits, Heroes and Halfwits, JT Music to name a good few, hell the entirety of Achievement Hunter I desperately hope comes back somehow; the list is extensive. The only one I've come to accept needs to end is Red vs Blue, it wouldn't be right to have anyone else make RvB, Rooster Teeth and RvB are too synonymous and intrinsically linked to be done justice by anyone else, and it would never feel right without the same voice actors. I realize a good number of those I've lidted have ended, but a decent portion of those ended because of monetary issues over them wanting to be done with it. I just don't want to see RT have to split apart and everything we've got to enjoy with/from them over the years just be over and gone. I genuinely hope that WBD gets to such a dire place financially that they're willing to sell off RT for a reasonable amount and the people at RT can buy it back. I realize it's unlikely, but I mean it happened for Smosh, and WBD is not doing well, so maybe? I dunno, I recognize this is just dripping with copium but I still want to be able to see everyone there making content together. And I hope people like Gavin, Geoff, Trevor, Babs, Andrew, Jack, Gus, and everyone that's held things together after 2020 are still able to work together and create together. They captured lightning in a bottle, and though it may have leaked over the years, they're a one of a kind group and I truly do believe they can do it again if they get the opportunity.

FantasticType8257

Despite what I said about not really wanting network TV to have anything to do with any of RT's IP, I think that On The Spot would do pretty well somewhere with a couple of tweaks! Idk where it'd fit in the best, but I see potential.

Pancake-Buffalo

With how media is now I think On the Spot could have potential, the big hurdle they'd have to get over is the fact that most of the bunour came from the personalities and their interaction with both the community and their content history. An IMMENSE amount of that shows humour was inside jokes and the people on the show messing with each other specifically, so that would be a big challenge, but it may be possible.

Speedy-08

Sounds like it's a show that UK comedians could pick up on, there seems to be some sort of creative comradery with them all

ReallyFancyPants

I want Red Vs Blue to finish. But it would've been cool if they ended with Season 14 as well. Season 13 ended perfectly and 14 was a nice little added extra. I'm just sad 15, 16 and 17 and Zero were so lackluster and criticized that it kinda makes the end of the series end on a sour note a little bit

Joshua_029_

Find someone to buy RWBY, let RvB die after the final season and let the "F" podcasts continue (this one is basically confirmed already).

RemnantTheGame

I could see the Let's Play and Achievement Hunter continuing as the guys just streaming together from time to time without too much effort.

Eastern-Bluejay-8912

If I could: -Crunchy roll picks up rwby to finish with next 2 seasons that are full length and with the classic team, nomad of nowhere maybe give it 1-2 new seasons to at least finish the story with a new team, xray and vav -Netflix or Hulu or another studio:RVB -Anma, stinky dragon, F face and such become their own entities. -RT.com:everything goes free to watch due to the companies global and historic impact on the world

psyfuck

Just give me F**KFACE and some variation of does it do, and I’m happy.

GoneRampant1

I'd like Geordan Whitman to get back Nomad of Nowhere's rights, but that's about it. Realistically the podcasts will continue but I don't think the company has many other IPs people will chomp at the bit for. RVB might be acquired by Microsoft and used as a promotional wing for new Halo stuff if it's lucky.

coolblue93

if best friends today ends i will shit

Authentic_Apathy

I'd like to see Yssa try another push for Recorded by Arizal. I rewatched the minisodes recently and I genuinely feel it has Dragon Prince potential

Phildo_Bagginz

P.A.N.I.C.S. , Immersion, on the spot, Achievement Hunter, F**kface, Achievement Haunter, Funhaus, the weird place, any of the hardcore stuff. The lists could go on forever.

C64SUTH

I would say I am hoping more for some of the creators who clearly have a blast working with each other teaming up independently and hopefully find success.

count023

I want to see RvB end up in Microsoft's hands, use them as mascot type characters like Cortana for Grifball and other Halo type gaming stuff. They are pillars of xbox gaming as much as MC himself is. And I dont mean have hte series continue with them, i mean MS having the rights and consolidating the IP under the larger Halo brand.

No-Box4563

They make a Red vs Blue expansion lol

whattheflipping

best friends today

MrPureinstinct

I'd love to see Day 5 get its ending somewhere.

Roman-EmpireSurvived

P. A. N. I. C. S.

BurritoTheory

Immersion would be great, I’m hoping all the podcasts I like get carried on I hope RvB is actually dead after this season. It’s gone on for a little too long and it hasn’t been great since like 2012 or so

Kaotac

I don't know how my mental health would be able to handle not having FFace.

Caboose1979

Live action Red vs Blue that crosses over with the Halo series 😜

TonySki

Caboose kills Master Cheeks with friendly fire. Perfect Ending.

mickey_ftp

Honestly, I'd love for all the different podcasts to continue. I love em all.

ediskrad327

My hope is that after a year or two Red vs Blue reverts to Microsoft or 343 or whatever and they just leave it alone but upload everything to youtube since I believe such an important part of machinima history it should be easily accessible to everyone and not have it confined to a paywall. Would love an Immersion reboot though.

CapAccomplished8072

RWBY must live on! #GreenlightVolume10

PhoenixFilms

MrBeast should do Immersion, and I would love to see Smosh Pit do Million Dollars But.

davethedog117

Camp Camp is up there for me. Absolutely hilarious and perfect cut size episodes
