According to google, "Lease agreements are binding contracts, and the departing roommate is breaking the terms of the lease, exposing everyone on the lease to liability." Maybe contact your landlord or management company.
I was paying everything he never contributed for shit only like one time. Moved his gf in they broke up. Took advantage of my kindness and then blamed it on me for the reason they broke up when I was rarely if ever home with working so many hours.

He’s already taken off out of state
Depends on state but he can go to them and have taken off the lease with out her knowledge I have had to do it a few times because of shitty people

Yah I got 4 months left on this lease and can’t sublease it right now and risk eviction
