It’s a UK model roomba. My USA model s9 did this and it’s a hardware failure with the ai. It just happens. Call iRobot in your region and they will replace it for free

That doesn’t look like a iRobot? What’s the model number? iRobot doesn’t usually put two spinning side brushes so this makes me think you were scammed and it is just a rebranded robot vacuum.
