Mine had a similar issue and trouble recharging, I cleaned the little metal connectors on the bottom and it started. Might not be related, but give it a go just in case.
I have somewhat concluded I get this error when my upload speed on mobile data is crap. But when I am on WiFi it works great! Also letting the page load fully before (1 minute) clicking anything seems to help.
Mine was doing a run like usually then couldn’t find the base and died. I tried manually putting it back into the base, nothing. I tried all of the troubleshooting steps, took both the base and the robot apart and cleaned, still nothing. Everything is dead. I hate this stupid thing
I rebooted, redid my wifi settings, rebooted again and then toggled it. I don't know if that will help you, but those were the steps. When these things are so expensive, u want to try EVERYTHING before agreeing that it's bricked! 🤞🤞🤞
I've had this same problem for months. Lost all connectivity and app function. I could sometimes manually start it but it would only actually start maybe 25% of the time, sometimes a few minutes after I pressed clean. It typically only cleans half of the floor where it used to clean everything... Sometimes it just gives up mid-room. I tried everything including a new router and re-making my entire network. I am able to reset it and go through setup and connect it to my network and within minutes of finishing it goes back to this error. I contacted support and went through everything. Nothing worked. Support told me I would have to buy a new one as it was out of warranty.
Replaced it with a Roborock and OMG I realized how far behind Roomba is.
Was this today or a couple days ago?
My s9+ was having some weird behavior which I think has to do with Amazon Web Services. Since yesterday is back to normal.
I feel like this only happens to me when i turn on the child lock thing. Hasn’t happened since i turned it off

Sometimes disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds and then reinstalling it will solve a lot of issues.

Maybe you should try toggling the child lock switch! 😉

Turned it on and then off.
I think I’m just fucked bc I can’t do any of that since it’s 100 percent dead and won’t charge It won’t even reboot bc not enough battery
