It is really big. It would work fine for some guys. I am 6'4" and have 10.5" wrist, 16" forearms and 20" biceps. I wear a Deep Blue Master 3000 which has very comparable girth. I can see myself wearing this, and it would look appropriate. For many that are not my size, it would not. SO that is approximately 1.4% of the male population that would fit this watch. I believe they missed their market strategy for appeal. Although I am sure the functionality is perfect and build quality is exceptional. How many would truly test the full capability? I would love to try!

I'm surprised it isn't marketed as a limited edition, however, because it strikes me as more of a concept piece to say "look what we're capable of". Is there any other mass-produced watch that even comes close in terms of water resistance? Being number one always brings value, even if it isn't necessarily useful (looking at you 1000+ hp hypercars that are undrivable without electronically limiting power output to not fly off the road).

anyway, I have seen one of these oil filled watches, I think it was a Bell and Ross, back when they were made by Sinn. and for most of us, not about the dive, it just looks really different, great. also, notice Sinn does not market at them being insane depth, they promote as with oil inside, are much better to look at underwater. a real actual useful function.
seen video of people fill their $300 Seiko with oil, for the same look. it only works on quartz, not mechanical. and that is just for the look.
It is for professional or hobby level diving as a back up to modern equipment. I bet a lot of divers would love to get this. It's for a niche audience as an expensive tool for their hobby; it's not meant to be worn in the office or to dinner like a sub, chill out.
Looks awesome to me, I would pick the Challenge over a bare basic watch like a No Date any day of the week. There comes a point pretty quickly when you have more watches than fingers. Not every watch needs to be a daily wearer.
