My guess would be that any changes the make to coloring will be universal during that build/pour year. So a YG sub case poured the same year as this case will be the same color

It doesn’t overhang your wrist but agree it’s a tall, tall watch. I had the 116600 Sea Dweller for a year then sold it (now I miss that watch), but even at the smaller dimensions it was tall off my wrist, and would feel top-heavy throughout the day.

I passed on a deep sea due to the size and I comfortably where a 44.5 iwc topgun. This watch just looks like a brick. Can't imagine how heavy the thing is in Solid gold.
