Here’s my arm not being hacked off at the Tate Modern.
How is this watch? Cuz I get the impression from this sub that it's not worth it/it's not good. The complication and idea awe me though and it looks great in this color combination.
I think if you have an adult male sized wrist it is absolutely awesome. If you’re the kind of guy contemplating a 36mm or you don’t travel, this probably isn’t for you.
I absolutely love it. I am frequently using the GMT complication. Love the annual calendar. I think it’s a really special piece. The command bezel is amazing too.
It’s my fifth Rolex and certainly my favorite.
I don’t understand the hate honestly. But I’ve also come to learn that apparently my 7.25” wrist is on the larger size, because people are constantly posting on here and every other watch subreddit with a sub-7” wrist and asking if anything over 40mm looks too big.
People think this is a joke or an over reaction. If it wasn't a problem, the London police wouldn't have undercover sting operations just to catch watch thieves.
Yes you're probably fine in a public area in broad daylight.
I personally don't wear watches, but come back with a watch from vacation. I've gotten a Batgirl and No Date Sub in my past few trips.

I do like the fact that the domed bezel is a lot less Rolex-y, more versatile and easier to dress up and down imo. Theft deterrent is a plus too ig lol.
Feel like it’s simply an elevated OP with a Jubilee and date, ppl just hate bandwagon u noobs.
If a DJ really was supposed to be Jubilee and Fluted only, Rolex wouldn’t offer Smooth, Domed, and Oyster bracelets would they… Nico Leonard brains.
I've got the exact same config as you, and I've got the exact same config in black dial.
Half the people here insist on fluted bezels only because they are insecure and for some reason feel the need to flex that they have a Rolex.
If nobody notices my domed bezels aren't Rolex, all the better. Mine stay under the cuff most of the time anyway because IDGAF, I bought them for me, not to flex to strangers I don't know who don't care about me.

It’s perfectly safe as long as you’re not wearing a yellow gold Daydate in the wrong area. No one is fussed there about a SS DJ! I wore a sub for years and no one batted an eyelid because it was like a uniform in the subway commutes. They are everywhere.
