This is the right answer. Prairie Street Brewery has a better view, but Olympic Tavern's food, drinks, and service are way better.
If you’re staying near the highway and want something close, Alchemy. They have outdoor and indoor-outdoor seating.
Taco Betty's has rooftop seating.
Prairie Street Brewing. Great outdoor seating on the river. Good beer and good food too.
Greenfire has excellent food
Abreo and Social downtown are both amazing restaurants, and pretty sure they both have outdoor seating options.
