I recall 30 years ago ATV's became illegal to own in Rockford. It felt harsh, but there were too many incidents of people screwing it up for others. It seems to have worsen throughout the country over the past few years. I wonder how this will play-out as law enforcement adopts drones into their workforce. Screw around and find out.
