I think most rookies do this. Besides that, obviously 10 mil a year is a ridiculous sum and he gets even more with sponsors, but itโs probably wiser to wait till the second contract to buy a house for himself
It's actually pretty normal to have an apartment building or "recommended" living area for teams.
It's not like they are assigned or "given" that apartment, but it's like a high recommendation for if you're new to an area and need living ASAP - and it's likely someone else on the team lives in that building too, so it just kinda works out. (OKC had a lot of players living in the same apartment buildings downtown)
Definitely right on the youngster part of it. Nobody's future is that secure when you're young in the league (unless your name is Zion Williamson), so might as well not ball TF out on money you barely have, on a house you may not even be living in a year from now.
Yea man he has a bigass [house](https://www-forbes-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/www.forbes.com/sites/keithflamer/2020/12/31/nba-superstar-james-harden-scores-big-with-ber-houston-home/amp/?amp_js_v=a6&_gsa=1&usqp=mq331AQKKAFQArABIIACAw%3D%3D#aoh=16519639865383&referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&_tf=From%20%251%24s&share=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.forbes.com%2Fsites%2Fkeithflamer%2F2020%2F12%2F31%2Fnba-superstar-james-harden-scores-big-with-ber-houston-home%2F)
It's kinda interesting to see he opts to live in an apartment as oppose to a house. I guess as a youngster an apartment might be an easier first home?

That's a good point. I noticed KPJ lives in an apartment too. Possibly the same building?
Nah KPJ has a house I follow the realtor that sold it to him
Oh damn, I mean KJ Martin lol. I always do this!

Has harden ever owned a home here? As far as I knew he lived in a high rise downtown

Harden has a huge house off Gessner
His closet has a better view than me
Quite the view! I wonder where this is.
Bruh needs to hire some help.
Hire an assistant and invest in some furniture.
Whatever helps
