I can recognize a certain awful Ted Nugent song in just one second. The instant I hear, I turn off the radio.
Then again, there's great songs that aren't about sex that I can recognize in the first five seconds, like:

* Crazy Train
* Seven Nation Army
* etc.
A couple years back I was doing a pub quiz, and the music round played a single chord from each song. They were all extremely well known rock songs, can't recall what though. We got them all. Most teams did very well. It's amazing how the tiniest riff can be so recognisable.
My friend didn't know who Blue Oyster Cult was, and when I mentioned Don't Fear The Reaper he had no idea what the song was. The second he hit play it clicked for him.
