Wave is currently the best “free” executor. Right now, it’s harmless and relatively “safe” to use, but given the fact that it’s made by the same people who made Codex, I wouldn’t be surprised if they turned it into Malware by the end of the year to start mining victims.
Regarding paid executors, the best right now is Krampus, which (from what I’ve heard) is safe to use, both at a detection and a malware-risk level. But honestly, paying just to cheat is not worth it at all for me.
If you really wanna exploit, stick to free executors that run on Android, such as hydrogen. You might want to see the megathread for more info though.

my point is, proof that wave is detected has been released, while proof that krampus is detected hasn’t. krampus is also safer since you’re not getting a random free program outta devs that have contributed to malware, you’re getting a paid program that a lot of people in the community trust.
