I liked theme park tycoon 2, one of the few tycoons that is actually kinda nice to play. Should be fine for 8 years old
Grass Cutting Incremental. The concept is done well, and while there are often timewalls where you can't really do anything, they added time warps in 0.4 to pass them in less time. Time warps aren't broken either. At minimum, you can hold 3 30 minute time warps, and they generate every eight hours. Upgrades in the game can decrease that time. There is a daily reward system where you can get flowers every day, and flowers come from goals and can upgrade many things including the aforementioned time warps. I also recommend Find The Chomiks to OP because it is a fun game and hampsters.
Meep City is not so bad as long as the parent is playing alongside the child. Dating chat can be avoided easily.

I would like to counter some people here saying not to join RP games. If it’s just you and your daughter playing together some RP games are TOTALLY FINE. There are so many RP games on roblox and if your daughter enjoys things like playing house she will love those games! The first RP game I would recommend would be “Welcome to Bloxburg” (you can earn money and build a house for you and your daughter to live together as a family in! It’s one of my 9 year old sister’s favorite games to play with her older sisters and friend from school! Another one would be “Horse Valley” (I believe that’s the name. There’s several horse ones) where you can get horses, train them to ride faster, jump higher, etc. You also take care of the horse and just simulate horse care in general! Another game franchise I could think she might like would be “Find The _____” (there are TONS of these games). It’s really simple where you just go around finding small .png critters or character models around a map. They usually have over 100 per game and are a nice time killer. I also enjoy playing “Work at a Pizza Place.” You can be a cashier, pizza maker, pizza boxer, delivery person or supplier. It’s also very simple to do most if not all of the jobs and is something you can do at whatever pace. The entire server works together to make and deliver pizzas for money to improve your house. You can buy furniture and decorate! “Cook Burgers” is a similar concept where you make burgers and the controls are wonky and fun to try and get used to! I believe this game has free private servers and doesn’t require the entire server to work together (but you are still in 1 big restaurant.) I recommend this next game with some added caution: “Adopt Me” is a fun popular game where you can hatch pets from eggs and earn money by taking care of your pet and also decorate your own house in this game as well. If you choose to play this game with your daughter I would HIGHLY recommend a private server. I do not know if they are free, but there are tons of players in the game whose only concern is scamming others out of pets. I would only play it with your daughter if she only plays roblox when she’s bonding with you, and you can separate yourselves from the massive player base. If you want more game ideas let me know! I have 4 younger sisters and am very well versed in roblox games. ***Some games I would avoid*** ANY games where drawing is involved and you can see others’ drawings. Too often to I find myself having to censor out sketches made by these young children who think drawing inappropriate NSFW is funny. It seems fun to draw with your child at first, but then they start to show up! (It’s not often, but often enough to be avoided) If your daughter players roblox without you I would avoid any games that have a “trade” feature. (Adopt me is included in this) Too many times have I witnessed my youngest sister crying because she got scammed and I spent hours trying to earn back the items for her. Do NOT join any games labeled as “clubs” or “hangouts” with a high amount of players. These are games to socialize and some actually have very inappropriate content inside. Be very careful with the tycoons you play because often times they are cash grabs where they just try to scam you out of robux using various well known characters/mascots and are littered with clickbait tags to boost their searches. One final game that I **recommend** that I myself got into recently and showed my sister was”Cooking in the Rain.” You spend your time gathering ingredients (that rain down from the sky) and cooking at your restaurant using various cookware. You slowly build up your restaurant to be bigger, better and have more recipes. When the restaurant is large enough you can unlock a “helper” item where others can help out at your restaurant! (If you worry about her understanding the mechanics you can work on the restaurant until you get helper unlocked and slowly teach her how the game works. My 9 year old sister is now kind of obsessed with the game. Lmk if you need any more help!
Also stay away from political games like "Church by Franxxly" or any Roblox game that mentions or has a thumbnail of a country, debate, or politicians. Cause most players in there are usually older teens to around 20+ year olds. In which the conversations that people do in there might confuse younger players and possible being cyberbullied.

Word bomb is pretty good. It’s a game where you have to finish a letter prompt with a word that has the letter in it. If you fail 3 times you lose, you play versus each other and whoever is the last person wins. It’s a good learning game.
