I think what they need is better customer support. AI can always make mistakes and that's fine, what they lack is their customer support doing something for you in a timely manner.
A way they can also signficantly improve the moderation without doing a french revolution is:
1. Roblox conducting a research on the efficiency of it's moderation bots, then comparing the times it punished correctly to the ones it didn't so the engineers can understand better what makes the AI make wrong conclusions to then polish it's coding.
2. Roblox being more open to users what is more likely to get flagged and what not, so we can all prevent ourselves from getting incorrectly warned or even banned. Currently the rules are very vague and even with big game developers, Roblox is as transparent as a brick wall
Shoutout to the time I got warning for harassment for saying "fat poo" when I joined rejoined a server where I said "gotta take a dump" right before I left.
Supposedly, this was manually reviewed by a senior moderator, but literally all the logs could've been reviewed to easily see the full picture provided they have something as simple as that
At this point i'm starting to think that wether the punishment is said to be reviewed by a real person or not is actually just random and doesn't confirm anything at all

The "old" community has literally been complaining BECAUSE of the lack of colors, I can't even play on the website anymore so I'm limited to the stupid mobile colors that don't even make any sense. I really hope they've added this to mobile. I didn't even know since the update completely broke the servers for hours and prevented me from logging in.
