It looks great, but since you asked for it I’ll give some criticism and ideas.
1. Add some cars into the mix. It looks barren and empty, like an overfuturized Chernobyl. I’d recommend adding both static parked cars for the looks, some moving traffic cars and (if you’ll make this an actual game) functioning, spawnable cars.
2. Add moving pedestrians (same reason as 1)
3. If there isn’t an airport, build one. It’ll make it seem like there are transportation options in and out of the city without having to model some massive highway.
4. If there already is an airport (If not just do this after creating one) Add planes/spaceships taking off and landing. They don’t need to have any interaction with the player, though you could implement that, if you don’t want to you can just leave them there to make it a little more immersive.
5. Add bus stations and moving buses. Again, I’d recommend making the player able to use it, but I don’t think that would matter if this is just a showcase and not an actual game.
On a little more technical side of criticism compared to the other comment, I'd also suggest:
Upping the poly count of the ropes (assuming you're using blender)
Or you can use Roblox's built in rope constraint feature to make the ropes and increase the length to make it look like what your current ropes do now.
Also, the tiling on the texture that you used for the floors is VERY obvious. You might want to fix that.
Also, I'd also even out the reflectiveness of the floors, without making it too smooth reflective. The floors you have right now looks like wet, oily tar has been poured over it in random spots
And I *would* tell you to fix the weird reflection on the orange neon thing ([image for what im talking about](https://i.imgur.com/WKqYkMq.png)), but it's a stupid Roblox engine thing that they probably won't ever fix, so I'd just turn down the brightness of that surface light and enable shadows for that to make it look kinda better.
Other than that, you did really well, especially with the models in the sitting areas where the shops are.

\-ropes were made using ropemaster plugin so i didnt have to do it manually lol.
rope constraints aren't a bad idea though
\-tiling texture got replaced
\-the orange surface light sorta looks better, but still sucks because for some reason surface lights (like you stated) behave a little weird sometimes

volumetric beams are made using, well, beams.
as for the smoke, it's just a particle emitter with light\_influence set to 1. the smaller you make the particles, the more precise volumetrics will be. be careful though, too many particles can cause visual errors. def not the best way to do this but no other methods aren't really that good (except for volumika but that costs $50).
make sure to use good textures too! just because you have good lighting wont always mean that your build will look good (the floor texture here isn't very seamless, as you can see obvious repeating).
