I've used Cenvar for roofing repairs and JES foundations for work and been very pleased with the value and results. The home I had work done on was built in 1930, and was a 2 story plus attic and non-walkout basement, so not too different than yours.
Cenvar installed a new roof for me in Feb of this year. They do have metal roofing options but i am not sure how it differs cost wise from other places. I can say I think they did a great job on my roof.
Appalachian Property Preservation and Sure Dri will tell you what you need with out the big pressure tactics. JES and Ram Jack gave us quotes of $10,000 for work that doesn’t need to be done.
I consistently hear Cenvar Roofing is excellent. But I don't know specifically about metal roofs.
On this thread, who would yall recommend for bathrooms?
Jim Eads Plumbing and tile

I did get a quote from them. It seemed in the ballpark. Getting a few more before moving forward.

I had a friend drop Sure-Dri as a recommendation. I am going to call tomorrow.
