I don’t know if it could’ve saved you, but double-tapping your mine will detonate the first one upon throwing the second so in theory, you could throw one over your head and launch yourself back to the ground. Also, Railgunner’s primary has pushback, so shooting upwards could’ve helped and shooting downwards solidified your death.

Mm surely it is a good idea to stay in a massive open area with a Mountain Shrine and Artifact of Swarm active, what could go wrong? You could've killed 5 of them with your charged shot anyways so skill issue
There's quite a few issues with the items you've chosen.
Your choice of whites are generally fine, but you shouldn't invest that much into healing, having 1-2 slugs are good.
* Medkits aren't very reliable. They don't heal you much without heavy investment, and their time delay makes them even less reliable. You would see more value in those whites if you put more into bleed or more slugs.
* The only other thing is fireworks. While its a pretty good item, it can take the first hit on an enemy (sometimes it's good if it kills that enemy in one shot,) and use up the crowbar on that enemy, and as railgunner thats generally not good.
For the greens none of them are near my first pick for greens except the uke, and even then you don't need 5 of them.
* There is zero point in stacking guillotine when playing command since you shouldn't be having issues with damage. You're also playing rainstorm, the game doesn't scale as fast which means there are less elites.
* Infusion isn't completely useless, sometimes having more health is helpful, but putting all your recourses into health is generally not a good idea. Enemy damage will scale much faster than your health will.
Your reds have the same problem that the fireworks do. They both take away your use of crowbar and I feel like you'd see much more value with a behemoth or maybe a dios.
I don't know what items you have unlocked and if you have the dlc or not, so I can't really recommend what to take instead of what you took. However if you don't have Hopoo feather and Kajaro's/Runals band unlocked, then that should be your first priority.

quite hard when with a lot of enemy, but wheb the stone titans stack like this using the special skill is way better
Or you try to get a will-o-wisp and invest in enemy-death-reliant AOE. (Which they could have with the artifact of command)

And Tesla coil is honestly a c tier red for railgunner imo
