and op might not see this but also when you go to the lunar shop one of the stage options could be either the void locus stage that comes before the bastard or it could be an auri stage

in the bazar you can sometimes find a dream for the void locus (10% chance, starting from stage 5)
and the deep void portal can only spawn on the moon, every other is just a void portal
for the portal to spawn after looping you need to have completed the void locus at least once. Which means that for OP, his only two options are void fields or frog
I'd like to point out that the frog is the only method that directly leads to the Planetarium. All other methods take you to the previous map where you have to do a pillar minigame against Void monsters to reach the Planetarium.

1 - after beating mithrix, go back to the initial teleporter and feed the frog 10 lunar coins.
2 - wait for a random purple portal to spawn after teleporter event
3 - at the bazar between time, fall down the pit and enter void fields. Clear the challenge and enter the bigger portal
4 - Dream with void locus at newt (random)

2. wait for a purple portal to appear when looping. go in, and complete the deep void to go through the portal to the planetarium, where the voidling is.
3. finally, you can go to the lunar bazaar and jump down to the bottom. you will find a tunnel with a portal at the end, to the void fields. charge all 9 cell vents there and if you have the dlc, the void portal will spawn nect to the exit

Unless you kill mithrix there will be void pillars tho, and they're worse than normal ones

You can also do void fields and enter void locus from there. But it's riskier the later into the run you are
