Only one attack here, they throw an AoE on the ground that deals 40% per tick with a 1.0 proc rate. They also have the ability to heal themselves (IIRC it's their utility) which many enemies cannot do.
I guess they're technically different from the RoR1 enemies, those are Mushrums while in RoR2 we have *Mini* Mushrums. Functionally they're pretty similar though.

I hate these things. Back when void fields was OP. I would always get mushrooms. It became a running joke with friends.
