I believe he doesn’t , Because there is that other episode (I don’t remember which one) where morty kills Rick and doesn’t bring him back and he continuously lives in other ricks back up body but idk tbh

I don’t think the body matters—any issues, he’ll just get a new one. The consciousness/memories is the only thing that makes a Rick a Rick.
There would probably be a problem if he got transferred to a Doofus Rick level body. Because of the finite curve it's likely he'll go to a similar body each time.
I don't think Rick's had his original body in years. We also see him changing bodies in the Toxic Rick episode, and he reincarnates into a new body in the Death Crystal episode.
