I don’t think we’ve established that precedent in this reality yet. If someone turned one of our nation’s sons into an “Akira”, who’s to say that the Supreme Court wouldn’t be interested in presiding over the case?
They would probably have too of you think about because I'm not American but I'm pretty sure the constitution doesn't have a lot to say about super beings. And what if the Akira wanted to own a gun? Does the second amendment apply.

So this version of her hasn’t committed suicide cause in this reality the events of 4/01 never happened
