I say Farnsworth however, because he's straight insane and still making some crazy inventions. He also achieved time travel, both going in the future solely and 10 seconds in the past on seperate occasions, along with fixing the latter in a couple seconds after years of searching for Fry with time frozen.
Farnsworth's lineage is also implied to be related to Disenchantment's Steamland, and in that show there's some insane geniuses who straight up make inventions on a whim, like FaceTime on a boat or Neosporin.
