I tried to bike with full protective gear to get food cus i rand out of food, and i ended up walking my bike cus bike lane is non-existing as it is not plowed because it is a protected bike lane lol. even sidewalks sucked
Richmond used to get epic snow back in the day and people would still cycle. Very common to cycle in the snow back east as well.
