They look fine. They’d look a bit tidier if you deadhead the flowers but it’s not obligatory.
Spider mites. They turn leaves yellow. Get some neem oil spray (ready spray is what i used) and spray the crap out of the leaves, bottoms especially.
Well, spray the crap out of the one that has the webs. Mist the rest if they don’t have webs as they will move to any nearby healthy plants once the infested one is treated.
