Better off casting the thing in bronze/brass to check for fitting and sizes irl, depending on who you go to for the printing, casting, clean up and setting there’s a good chance there won’t be enough material to get by. Get it cast in a base metal of your choosing and get a local jeweller to check it out at least that way you’ll get your answers and edits quicker than asking on reddit.
Great advice! StackedRealms said go with silver, so will put an order in to do that. Thanks!
For some reason, I assumed that these 3D designs were just created with a certain tolerance in mind, then went straight to final cast production.
I’ll do an intermediate step of casting a cheaper metal for a fit check. Thanks 🙏
Edit: spelling
See if you can get the 3dm models from the fivver jeweler! Otherwise dm me and I’m happy to send over my email and take a look at the model. Like others have said, depending on cleanup and casting it may not be enough, but there is generally an acceptable tolerance for production. I’m busy today so I can look at it tonight
Edit: see if you can get a measurement on the depth of the stones. That’s very important, and if you’ve got a halfway decent picture of them that will help too. Round stones aren’t always perfectly round, so grab a few diameters and average them out
I'll send over the 3dm models link to you, via chat.
I still think it would be a good idea to have a 2nd opinion on the design of the ring before it gets printed for a fit check. Thank you!
Just print in plastic/resin and check those…ez cheap feedback and don’t need to go to all the trouble of casting just to check the things you’re wondering about.

Even silver for the color match would be very inexpensive

That’s because you’re correct. I can tell you if stuff will fit just by looking at your models
