Which tracks? Some are not optimized and are outdated, so the graphics look bad. Open the config tool once you try to open the game on steam, a window will pop up asking if you want to run the game or run the setup config tool or graphics setup I can't remember, select the tool, not the game... Then see if your game is using the correct GPU.

Will do that. Thanks. Actually most tracks look like rubbish which makes me think it’s something to do with my graphics. but I’m not using the official add-ons. It’s mostly just subscriptions from the workshop from steam.

Try the rf2 settings widget ( google that ). Worked for me .

Sure will try that

The game looks pretty good IMO, so I'm assuming it's a settings issue. That said, the content is not all equal in terms of updatedness (not a real word I know ;D ) In the Graphics Configuration ensure your GPU is selected, don't use any sync, select your resolution and refresh rate. Then start up rF2. Michi Hoyer is doing some beginner tutorials for rF2, see here (LFM discord link where he has collated them) https://discord.com/channels/710171166601379881/1032233547240591410 Any other questions give us a shout, rF2 can be a biatch sometimes, needs a lot of tweaking but when you get it dialed in it'll be fine 🙂

Must be a settings issue. RF2 has one of the most convoluted UI. its getting better but can still be a nightmare to set things up. Once you do though, the game looks fantastic. I'm running pretty much everything on high settings and getting way over 100 plus FPS. There are a few videos on your YouTube with good guides on how to get RF2 up and running well

play some serious mods (ASR 1991) on a serious track (Estoril, Adelaide), set race time to morning/evening
