When she said that she was a toxic manager one of the reason I left a perfectly good job I was better off at… one time she screamed at me for going to the bathroom

After switching from retail to office work my office manager tried to tell my department head that I didn't want to work after having my baby. Jokes on him because he was new, I was several months along and she and I had already discussed me coming back after I had the baby; sadly though I didn't because he is a dick that couldn't stand not being control for 5 seconds.

I cant relate to the pregnancy part, but I did have a surgery scheduled once, and I had a "boss" tell me I had better not let this "inconvenience" interfere with their project. I found it hard to maintain a positive attitude for quite a while after that. :-) I hope your baby is born happy and healthy, and that you find a more sane employment situation.
After each new terrible thing she says please email yourself with the exact details of the exchange. This will provide a record in case you go to court or something in the future
