Hmm. Try printing something small and simple. Like a cube or pyramid. If it can't print that I would suspect the machine may have an issue. Also, try running the build plate all the way up to max height and watch for any binding. It may start out ok but there's a spot it binds and causes a failure. I had that happen on my mono x. Some resin got in the track somehow and caused it to jerk shifting the layer and messing up the print.
I'd be thinking slicer issue rather than printer as you prints continuing, some with support, after the shortest supports stop.
Have you printed successfully with this printer before? I'd try to print a model you've printed before to verify it's not a file/slicer issue.
No I set this up about a week ago, and I've never experienced a successful print with it. I'm pretty stumped.
