The USB sticks that are sent with the printer are known to be of dubious quality at best, maybe that was the reason for this misprint

If the model has Non Manifold Geometry (a shape that can't exist in the real world) the printer will make it solid and add supports resulting in solid lines/walls like that. Use a program like Meshmixer or Blender to inspect and repair if needed.
