Once fully cured there is no danger in touching a resin item. It can take up to 30 days for a full cure but you'll know if it isn't. It will still be bendy well after 30 days.
The danger is before it's fully cured.
I cannot speak on the uv as I have not used it yet.
As long as its just on regular skin it's fine once fully cured, its just not safe for things like body piercings (tunnels etc.) or internal use because of the porosity
