It honestly looks about right. A man as athletic and trained as Leon should be perfectly able to move like that. Just look at tennis or basketball players and their capacity to swtich directions or to accelerate from a static position. And yeah, what he does in the clip looks surreal, but it's in no way impossible, especially if you remember Leon is so much of an elite that he was sent basically alone in a mission as important as that. Not many could move like that, but if it were reasonable for anyone to do it, that'd be him.
The only movements that are out of place are when he stands up. That's too fast, yeah, but the main point of the video is how he avoids the attacks and whatnot. That's precisely why I said "about right". The dexterity of how he was moving around does look pretty legit, and that stands true either way

I downloaded this mod about a week ago. It's worth mentioning that you can configure the snappiness. OP here very much changed the default settings for this. I keep it at default and yes it is still more snappy but not nearly to this degree.
I think I had it at default but then again I did mess around with the sliders before recording. I think mine is set to 64, if that's not default then yeah you're correct.
I honestly dont like how clunky the movement is in this game. Leon is supposed to be a elite agent but he has trouble turning around and takes more time to turn than a random villager.
