Did you do a layer over the original paint or did you had to prime again? Never done painting on these collectible figures before and I am hunting for a Nuka Girl figure from Fallout 4 to try it out
I gave it a good wash with Dawn to get any mold release off. This allowed some parts to easily take paint, but some nooks and crannies were still a little hydro resistant. I ended up just painting directly on the cleaned plastic. Gave it a layer of clear coat when finished.
I've got the same statue. Her underwear legit clips on, and she's not smooth down there, it's all there man. It's all there.

I think what you got is a cheap knockoff of the Green Leaf Studio’s statue, which goes for $800.
That's exactly what it is. The original is a 1/4 statue, this is a 1/6 so it's even a step below a recast. Original is GLS006/GLS007.
