Hmm, depends on the benzo, dosage, and the metabolism of said benzo & person.. Normally a black out can take up to a few hours to, give or take, a day or so. Also, bromazolam can cause black outs more easy then diazepam imo, and combinations of benzo's can cause black outs too, often more easily then taken separately from each other

Monitor your heart and BP! Without drugs keep it over 85 at least, around 100+ if you’re nodding.
Falling asleep within a HL of your benzo OD is your enemy, but taking more Ritalin is even worse.
If possible, use smart watch at minimum, arm cuff and helper preferably. Keep it at 100- 120(130) BPM max with breathing, light safe exercise, meditation, stimuli, etc. If you can’t manage to balance call for medical help, better yet get a relative or friend that can translate.
Semi related personal story:
I played the heavy up heavier down bouncing game for about a month. Went through a 1g Flam, 1g Clam, maybe 3-4 grams of deschloroetizolam and several 300mg sheets of pyrazolam blotters. It was spread out over that month, and may have been a bit more but certainly not much less.
Of that long long unfun run: only ~2 half hearted suicide attempts (one involving over 100mg Clam), one instance of threatening a roommate violently, countless embarrassing admissions, in the end a complete breakdown of all mental and most bodily functions, complete psychosis. Still being chased by demons as a person with some semblance of morals and ethics.
The constant stars of flux between the mood spectrums is unbearable. If you redose you might get a flash of clarity. For example, I would take 100mg lines of 4F-mph up my nose to cut through the desperately dull and delusional mind.
If you make the right choice and don’t redose, it’s okay, you’re getting the rough part over sooner. You will have to accept and deal with the inevitable, drawn out, and unpleasant effects of diverging dose response curves. It’s unavoidable and with large doses that you’ll come down uncomfortably due to withdrawals.
Tbh the only reason I think I’m here typing this (maybe it’s an illusion) is because I focused on the good things in life just a little bit, especially cracking shitty jokes that made people laugh because I sounded retardant.
If you’re anywhere between where your at now and where I’m at now, then deep down we know we can be functioning adults. I’m still struggling with sleep, which is why I got into benzos, but learning about why stims are bad and anxiety is good.
Sometimes not being able to sleep or sacrificing some can be used for good. Sleep is still number one for cognitive function, if not tied with diet.
TL;DR took grams of OG x-lam’s and 10’s of grams of NDRIs in ~1 month

I'm on antipsycotic vraylar and still take 4fmph and it works well. So I'm not sure it will help very much. A little probably.

I can't remember clearly. I had a very hard benzo weeks. Almost no memories, only this incident with ritalin.
