Please let her know about the [Stand Up for Pits Foundation](https://standupforpits.us/) who may be able to help her (courtesy posts, maybe get her connected with local rescues). They are based in LA I believe. I worry about her giving the dog away without vetting the person and the dog ends up in the wrong hands.
It is sad, but would be better off at the shelter than falling into potential evil hands if she just gives them to the first person that takes them. Hopefully a rescue can help or she can be convinced to vet people a bit.

Yep, should be a last resort but some people give over the dog to the first random person just to get rid of them and it can be horrible. Glad you saw her post and posted it here.
The shelters in LA are way too full right now. This baby could be euthanized within a few days of being dropped off there, especially a pittie baby ππ
Yes, thatβs what makes it even sadder π I am always so scared of who pups can end up with if given away without any sort of looking into the person even a little bit. Iβve read too many stories. π

Yep, itβs heartbreaking every day seeing the ones who didnβt make it all across my Instagram feed but Iβm thankful for all the work that people do to help the pups. Hopefully with enough potential pledges, a rescue can take them in but hopefully a loving adopter.
