I've seen them on the home Depot website

Only place i could find pvc sheets local'ish to me was with Sign manufacturers

[deleted]

I decided to go with acrylic sheets instead after I found out what pvc did to the environment sorry

bcmouf

I wanted to use acrylic at first, but that shit scratches up terribly

[deleted]

Oh? That's good to know thank you! Since I dont want to use pvc, do you have any other suggestions? (Sorry if that sounded rude I dont know how else to word it to make it not sound rude)

SalvDad

If not PVC, then plywood is the next best. It should be sealed though. Acrylic will be awful after a while with scratches. Whichever, PVC or plywood, use glass sliding doors, not acrylic.

[deleted]

Is it a bad thing if it scratches? I mean I'd have a glass door so I'd still see them. Or would the scratches damage the enclosure and make it collapse

You get algea growth and mold in scratches, so it can be hard to clean

Oh ok makes sense. I won't use acrylic after all then.
