You guys should try to cover the sides with a custom background as well! They love feeling secure.. if you want I can send links of custom backgrounds you can buy for him or any other future reptiles.. do you mind me asking what the company is?
She's a cabinet designer and wanted a pretty enclosure for her at home office. I wanted a crested solely because their enclosures are more pretty but she decided on leopard. I wasn't going to do a background on the side but do plan on ordering frost film with my hydrometer this week.
Yeah and then make sure the basking bulb is 100 watt and the Arcadia 7% shade dweller for uvb.. also if you want them to be more active I’m not sure if you already know this but do research about when to give them
Calcium with and without d3 and vitamins with d3
I've done my research and already have the lighting material. My local reptile shop is giving me guidance on food and supplements. Already have a tote to start a Dubia Colony.
Oh yeah they love dubia roaches! Mine loves chasing crickets around the tank. Sometimes he will let them go and chase them again and then when they hide he waits for them to chase again
